I recently upgraded my phone and my login information is no longer present. I am my companys admin so currently we are unable to access a few customer portals due to this. I have tried to call Support and the calls have dropped after being on hold for 40 minutes. I have sent emails and chats but receiving no response.

You are not the only administrator you can ask a different administrator to reset your MFA.
If you are the only administrator you can send an email to community@okta.com with your org details and we will try to assist you further on.
