This is the first time i am using OKta. I have created a folder under worklfows console > flow and tried to make it ON and was asking a connection and tried to give client, secret and the domain and permissions selected default and the create button grayed out and not able to create a connection.

I ran a quick test on my end and it seems to be working as expected.
Try to close the pop-up window, refresh the page and go through the setup again, making sure that on the general tab you have added all the required information in the four fields. You should see green check marks next to them when the info is filled in.

Make sure you've completed all the fields on the General tab in your screenshot. im guessing you missed one in there. those fields should be populated with the values from your "okta workflows oauth" app in the okta admin console
