Once you enable provisioning in Okta, you will see that you can choose the OU you want the users to be assigned to in Google Workspace. I would set up a group in Okta and assign that group to Google WS in Okta where all your users are assigned to that OU.

For the groups, if you want to update the groups in Okta, you can use Group Push to push the groups to Google. Once they are in Google, you can assign them rights, or even SSO image

If I didn't answer your question, please elaborate so we can provide better info.

Hi @KeithB.43135 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

It's unclear what the question is here, but if you are asking how to assign users to specific OUs within the Okta+Google Workspace integration, please follow these steps (Lifecycle SKUs and Provisioning pre-configuration required):

    1. In the Okta Admin Dashboard, go to Applications > Google Workspace app instance and navigate to the Assignments tab.
    2. Click Assign to People.
    3. Select the user or group you want to assign.
    4. In the assignment dialog, locate and select your desired Organizational Unit from the provided option.
    5. Complete the remaining required fields for license and deactivation options.
    6. Click Save to finalize the assignment.

If you are referring to one of the more common issues seen with the Google Workspace integration where you cannot see a newly created Google OU being reflected in the Okta UI, the solution is covered in the following article:

Newly Added OUs in Google Workspace are Not Showing up in Okta

    Hope my answer helps!
