RoryM.79947 (Customer) asked a question.

Cannot access Okta Integrator Trial because I got a new phone, can't sign up for a new site because there is already one with my email attached

I have an Okta Integrator Trial that I setup using my work email back in June. It was working without issue, but I wasn't accessing it much. I got a new phone and I can no longer access my trial site because Okta Verify doesn't have the trial site listed. I was the only one who had access to the trial, so I can't reset MFA. I also cannot setup a new trial because it says "An Okta Integrator Free Plan org already exists for the email provided".

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello @RoryM.79947 (Customer) , thank you for contacting Okta Community.

If you lose access to your org's Admin Console, the only way to resolve this is with a support ticket. Opening a support ticket is a feature available to paid accounts. You can read more about it in the Workforce Identity Cloud Free Trial Account Support Policy Change article.

If you have a paid production account with us, please leverage it to open a case via the support.okta.com site or call the support line (Customer Support Account ID number required). If those options are not available for you despite having a paid account, please contact your Okta Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, and they will be able to engage the Support team on your behalf.

Unfortunately, if no paid developer or production account is available, the only option left is to sign up for a new free trial or developer account. You may need to use a different email address.

Alternatively, if you do not have a paid account but are interested in getting one, you can contact our Sales team. A paid account to be used to request assistance for a connected free account, but the Sales team would have more details on that.

    Regards.

@RoryM.79947 (Customer) if you have any API token stored, you could potentially reset the factors of you account via API.

If you have email aliases, that can be used for sign up.

Or you can try email community@okta.com to decommission the locked out tenant and sign up for new.

@RohitU.50441 (Trevonix) Thanks. I've sent an email to see if they can decommission. If not, I guess I'll just have to open a new one with my personal email.
