On trail org, "Create campaign was disabled and the hover msg says "You do not have permission to perform this action."

Identify governance feature was enabled in my trail org upon request and also access certification menu was also there, but the create campaign option was disabled saying "You do not have permission to perform this action." but I'm already a super admin, should I have to request something more to test out resource campaign feature on an integrated app.

@TamilB.79146 (Customer) -- Make sure you are assigned to the application. And also confirm the security role: "Access certifications administrators" exists in the environment. You also may want to try assigning the role to your user.

Trial orgs come with a limited list of features enabled by default. If you have a paid account, you can request a new feature to be enabled by opening a Support ticket (Customer Support Account ID number required). Some features may incur additional cost, so you may want to discuss with your Account Executive prior to making the request.

If you have a paid account and encounter difficulties in opening a Support ticket, you should contact your Account Executive. They can engage the Support team on your behalf.

Please note that opening a support ticket is a feature available only to paid accounts. If you do not have a paid account, but are interested in upgrading, you can contact our Sales team.
