jcpm4 (jcpm4) asked a question.
I'm trying to use Okta to configure my Active Directory user Division and Company attributes. However, it looks like Okta isn't pushing it. I've check profile mapping, and it seems to be correct: user.division -> division and user.organization -> company

Hello @jcpm4 (jcpm4) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
Have you done a Preview with a user with this attributes to see if the value is being populated in the Preview page? If the attributes do not show in the preview then the attribute mapping is not done correct.
If the value shows, the you might want to force a push to AD and then see if the values are being send after the push.
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!

Does your Okta Service Account (likely OktaService) in AD have the correct rights to update the attributes in AD?

it should work. double-check your mappings and profile attributes on AD profile in okta to make sure its pointed to the right attribute you are expecting
