Started new job and Okta is still routing to old employer for LinkedIn Sales Navigator

I started a job with a new company and am no longer with my old employer. I've verified my new employer in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and removed my old employer. Okta still re-reoutes me to my old employer's LinkedIn Sales Navigator Okta login, even on my new company's Mac and through my new company's Okta web browser plug-in and LI SN app tile.

    While Okta provides the Product(IAM, SSO, Okta Verify etc.), individual application access, account management and access policies are handled by your organization or third-party service provider. 

    Please work with your team to review your device/app/browser configuration to clear any stale data like cache, cookies, keystores, key chains etc.

    In my experience, when that happens, it has to do with your old employer still having you set up on their end (in their LinkedIn Sales Navigator). I would ask your old employer if they still have you in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and have them remove you if they do.
