Cau√£C.82690 (Customer) asked a question.

licensing automation

We are currently receiving an error "Automatic provisioning of user Adriano Espinoza de Oliveira to app Google Workspace failed: Failed to assign license 1010020025." There aren't enough available licenses for the specified product-SKU pair, but we want to disable this license assignment and we can't find this configuration in Okta. Where can I find this option?

Even if you do not the manage licenses in Okta, you could still receive that message if you do not have enough licenses in Google. If that happens you can purchase an additional Google license (or a few so this doesn't happen when the next user is added), then retry this task.

license assignment is usually configured on the group level. go to the google app, look at group assignments and click the pencil next to each group to see what license it assigns and modify accordingly
