Hi there, I am getting desperate because I lost the MFA code to my okta dev tenant and cannot log in.
Because I cannot log in I cannot create a support ticket.
I have tried to reset the password via email but I get an email stating:
"At this time your password can only be reset by an administrator. To send them a request, go to your Sign-in Help page. Then click the Request help link."
But the problem is the account I am trying to reset password/MFA IS the okta dev administrator account.

@RobW.09063 (Customer) Were you the only administrator in the tenant? If you have access to other tenants (prod) under the same account, you can always try logging in with the tenant you have access to and rise support ticket. Make sure to reference the tenant you are locked out of in the affected tenants (if that shows up) or just mention the url in description.
Yes I was the only administrator. I can logon to support portal under my main email (same as my okta dev registered email) but because it is the corporate prod account access to log tickets is not allowed.
I guess I could try our own internal support system but I don't have much faith they won't get confused and not be able to help (I have already been told internally that our helpdesk can't help with this)
