Hi, I'm trying to access to my community dashboard with splunk. The login procedure requires OKTA verification, but the login keeps to fail with "Unable to login" pop-up. As I know, I have already requested the access authority to my company and it has been already approved. They say I should get contact with the OKTA team, so that's why I'm here. Could you help me?

While Okta provides the Product(IAM, SSO, Okta Verify etc.), individual application access, account management and access policies are handled by your organization or service provider.
Please reach out your company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can review the matter and provide further assistance.
