HiBOB user provisioning fields are null

Hello,

 

I am trying to automate the Okta user profil filling by using Hibob as a golden source.

However, some informations coming from Hibob such as user.department, user.division or user.manager are completely empty. Some other like, the job title, name or display name are rightly filled by Hibob.

 

The returned value is "null" for each of those values.

 

Is it possible that the Hibob integration is not reading rightly the value sent by HiBOB?

    I've checked the app catalog and I'm not seeing a HiBob integration with inbuilt Provisioning/Profile Sourcing capabilities.  

    The ones that I found are partner built integrations, so I can't speak to the configuration or limitations of them. 

    I recommend reaching out to the partners to discuss/troubleshoot and if necessary and you have an account with us, please open a case with my colleagues from the Support Team to review any relevant back-end information.  

    You should be able to find the appropriate contact info for the partner support, by going to your Okta Admin Dashboard > Applications > HiBob app > Provisioning > Integration tab.
