PAM Access requests Fail (You provided invalid inputs. Please try again.)

When I configure Okta PAM with Access requests I followed the documentation on how to configure Access Requests, https://help.okta.com/oie/en-us/content/topics/privileged-access/pam-access-request.htm

However when the Access Request is Approved, the automatic task Approve Access Request that comes from the PAM connector for Access Requests fails. The only message I get is You provided invalid inputs. Please try again./help/servlet/rtaImage?refid=0EMKZ000000dGIt

This is how the Access Request looks like, it is type PAM

I get the same result if it is not automated in the PAM Actions

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    I was able to find what causes this issue, Okta PAM connector in the Access Requests does not support any special characters in the team name or request names. I Changed all names to have no Spaces and deleted the connector and made it again with the new team name. now the error changed to I don't have permissions. I still need to figureout why this is but its progress. Partners@Okta.com never replied to my email so they are definetely not helpful.

    Based on a past report of this kind, the issue might be Feature Flag related.  

    The Okta Support team will have to have a look at things on the back-end to confirm and possibly resolve. 

    If you have an account with us and are a SuperAdmin/Case Admin, please open a case to work with my colleagues from the Support Team to investigate this further. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.

    Hello I tried that before asking here, but my tenant cant seem to be able to open cases even with super admin or case admin

    I have both roles. its a partner generated demo tenant from the okta demo tenants

      In the meantime, I've notified the internal team to review the character limitation you have mentioned and hopefully once confirmed we can put out an article or at least update the existing doc.
