We would like to disable/remove the LUF cookie retained by OKTA for future login.
We do have a requirement to display all the security methods each time user tries to login and not to cache it or manually select the "verify with something else" button.

While the cookie configuration cannot be changed, the "Remember Last Used Factor" feature, which uses a cookie to remember a user's preferred MFA factor, can be. You can read more about it here:

Those links don't really accomplish what I believe the Original Poster (OP) is looking for:
Okta Identity Engine - Last Used Factor - explains the behaviour of the 'luf' (Last Used Factor) cookie not applying when absent or an Incognito Browser session used. This is not manageable for an end user.
Disable Factors Listed under "Extra Verification" on the User Settings Page - advises that you can disable factors so they aren't shown. However this does not accomplish showing all enabled factors on a single page in the Sign-in Widget (SIW), which currently only happens once, before the 'luf' cookie gets set.
I believe this is what the OP is looking for (as I am myself).
Is there a feature flag that can disable the behavior of the 'luf' cookie that can be enabled via a Support ticket?
