Unable to add super admin to my account

Hi folks, I signed up for a Integrator Free Plan. When I try to add a super admin to my account, I get an error that says "This is a protected action. Please perform step-up authentication." But I already have Google authenticator set up. How can I fix this?


  • Please try the following: 

     

    • Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, cached data can cause unexpected behaviour. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again.
    • Check Pop-up or AD Blocker Settings: Ensure that your browser's pop-up blocker or ad blocker is disabled or configured to allow pop-ups from Okta.
    • Update Your Browser: Make sure your browser is up to date, as older versions might have compatibility issues.
    • Try incognito mode to see if the issue is present there as well.
