7vpkh (7vpkh) asked a question.
I have Okta Verify 5.6.6.0 installed in my workstation which runs on Windows OS.
Application (.exe) file is OktaVerifySetup-5.6.6.0-5eeec79.exe
Windows specifications
Edition: Windows 11 Enterprise
Version: 23H2
OS build: 22631.5189
The app is showing as installed successfully and is showing in Control Panel - Uninstall or change a program
But it fails to launch even when run with administration privilege.
Edit:
"Open Okta Verify" in the browser doesn't provide any response. Okta Verify app is installed and the installation location is C:\Program Files\Okta\Okta Verify

Hello @7vpkh (7vpkh) , thank you for contacting Okta Community.
The issue may be the Okta Verify app version. We recommend that you install the latest version, 5.8.1. You can read more about the latest versions of Okta Verify here:

Hi @User17157611498146715886 (Customer Support Online Community and Social Care)
It is not working even with the latest version, 5.8.1.
Any other suggestions?
Hi @7vpkh (7vpkh) , I'm sorry you are still experiencing issues.
If you are the Super Admin of an Okta org and have a paid account, I recommend that you open a Support ticket (Customer Support Account ID number required) so one of our engineers can analyze it and provide in-depth troubleshooting. You could also provide more details in a ticket that shouldn’t be given here, as this is a public space.
Please note that opening a support ticket is a feature available only to paid accounts. If you do not have a paid account, but are interested in upgrading, you can contact our Sales team.
If you are an end-user, please contact your company's IT Support so they can investigate the issue on their end. Depending on their findings and on whether the company has a paid account with us, they may need to open a support case.
Regards.
