hello, i accidently delete okta from my mobile and my laptop is also change now i want to setup again but i not get any option for it and IT team is also unable to help me Could you please help me.

From our side we do not have access to your account to perform an MFA reset. This action needs to be done from an Okta administrator/IT Helpdesk of the company you are part of or their support.
Please reach out to them and they should be able to provide further assistance on this matter.
