How to make Okta Multitenant (Same email for multiple tenants usecase)

I have use case, where i Wil have multiple customer which will login via my okta, now the problem is how to handle:

  1. If users across multiple tenants have same email?
  2. How to handle communication emails even if login unique identifier is updated to some unique attribute?
  3. What is the feasible solution, if any?

    This issue seems too complex to be addressed here. It depends on the configuration of the orgs involved. I recommend that you open a Support ticket (Customer Support Account ID number required) so one of our engineers can analyze it and provide in-depth troubleshooting.
