AndersenT.25502 (Apex Clearing) asked a question.

Access Request Type - Save draft death loop

For some reason while working in the Access Request Type console, when I click "Save draft" the web page will show "Leave site? Changes you made may not be saved" warning message. Clicking "Cancel" and then "Save draft" produces the same warning message. Once this loop starts only leaving or reopening the Access Request Type being worked on does this loop fix itself; unfortunately any unsaved work is lost.

I am already getting PTSD clicking on "Save draft" bc ya never know if it will save or start this death loop.

Hello @AndersenT.25502 (Apex Clearing) , thank you for contacting Okta Community.

Please try to reproduce the issue in a different browser, preferably using a private browsing session, like Incognito mode in Chrome.

Another possible issue could be an unstable network connection.

If the issue persists, I recommend that you open a Support ticket (Customer Support Account ID number required) so one of our engineers can analyze it and provide in-depth troubleshooting.

Please note that opening a support ticket is a feature available only to paid accounts. If you do not have a paid account, but are interested in upgrading, you can contact our Sales team

    Regards.
