Hi,
I am using Google as IdP, and Google Workspace application for provisioning users from Google Workspace to Okta. When I create a user in Google Workspace or manage his groups, everything works as expected. But When I suspend or delete a user in Google Workspace, he is still active in Okta.
Below are my settings for that. It does not work. Please help.

In Okta, the user offboarding action only kicks in when the user's Google Workspace app assignment (for an Okta user with Google Workspace as their profile source) is removed. You need to check on the impacted Okta user's profile:
If the issue isn't resolved and you have a paid account, I recommend that you open a Support ticket (Customer Support Account ID number required) so one of our engineers can analyze it and provide in-depth troubleshooting. You could also provide more details in a ticket that shouldn’t be given here, as this is a public space.
Please note that opening a support ticket is a feature available only to paid accounts. If you do not have a paid account, but are interested in upgrading, you can contact our Sales team.
