custom attribute for an saml application via authentication url query paramater
Hi Team,
we have a requirement to send an custom attribute value which should be parsed from the authentication url sent as a query parameter to okta from an app.
ex: https://oktahost.oktapreview.com/home/test_appname_1/xxxxxxx/yyyyyyy?parametername=value.
we need to parse the parametername param and pick the value and needs to be send as attribute(paramaeter = value) in saml assertion.
Will this works and any one tried ? is there any other way to send those as saml assertion post authentication.

we dont want to modify any user profiles as it is for a single application and we would like to parse from the application url and needs to be sent as part of saml assertion.
