I have a free developer account but wanted to learn how to use Okta Workflows. Then I found out I don't have access to Okta workflow neither can I create a case to contact Okta Sales if I can get their Okta workflow product. Also the application does not exist in the OIN. Please what can I do?

The Okta Workflows features are not available for free developer accounts.
If you are interested, you can sign up for a Free Trial Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC) account that would include a limited number of Workflows features.
