Organization migrating from Ping Federate to Okta, in ping they are using RSA as MFA after migration does user need to reregister

Organization migrating from Ping Federate to Okta.

In Ping Federate, they are using RSA as MFA after migration is there any possibility that user can reuse the same authenticator without re-registration

  • Hello @iqtpp (iqtpp) Thank you for posting on our Community page!

Most likely they will need to re-setup their MFA, unless that is setup on the RSA side. Since the IDP is going to change completely, the MFA will need to be re-done as well to ensure everything is working as intended.
