Okta Verify Number Challenge option unavailable in my https://trial-#######-admin.okta.com/
In my trial okta I don't see option to enable Okta Verify.
Feature should be under https://trial-[redacted-by-moderator]-admin.okta.com/admin/access/multifactor -> edit Okta Verify.
I also looked at https://trial-[redacted-by-moderator]-admin.okta.com/admin/settings/features and did not find it in the EA, Open Beta, or Closed Beta.
Is the number challenge option not available in the trial versions of Okta? If so WHY????

The Okta Verify Push with Number Challenge factor is not included in the MFA features available for free trial orgs. It is part of the Adaptive MFA pack. If you would like to upgrade to a paid account, you can choose to include Adaptive MFA. You would have to discuss that with our Sales team.
