Hi there, we have multiple Windows devices that appear as not managed in Okta. The devices are enrolled with Intune. The troubleshoot steps we took were to set up the Okta verify app on the machines, authenticate with Okta FastPass and log in to .....(company name).okta.com
After performing these steps some devices appeared as managed, but some not. The devices are Entra hybrid joint. In some cases the devices are being reported as SCEP certificate Noncompliant.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you!

Hello @MiroslavG.84001 (Customer) , thank you for contacting Okta Community.
Based on the information provided, there is no way to tell exactly what is causing the issue. However, we do have a few articles that could shed some light on it:
Troubleshooting Management Attestation for Desktop Devices (OIE) - this is a good starting point
FastPass Login is Required for Device to Show as Managed - this elaborates on the impact of FastPass and the difference between registered and managed devices
There's a chance the SCEP Certificate could be failing. In this case, a Support ticket may be needed.
Please note that opening a Support case is only available to paid accounts and will require a Customer Support Account ID number.
Regards.
