Unable to log in as admin on sandbox

Good morning,

 

For a few days now, our Okta Sandbox has been down (https://dev-XXXXX.okta.com/). We're not exactly sure what the problem is, no one seems to be able to log in, not even administrators (I am an admin). We have the screen below. I tried to open a case, but since my login is no longer working, I wasn't able to send one. So this is the only way I found to get help.

 

We are using this sandbox because we have developed a connector in Okta, and it's important for us to have this access in order to provide technical support on this connector to our clients.
