I am trying to setup 2 Factor Auth on a Citrix Netscaler Access Gateway. I only want Okta RADIUS to check the account and request a code and not check the users password. The documentation says the Okta can do RADIUS only but there are no options in the console.
1st Factor is LDAP 2nd Factor is Okta RADIUS
This setup works fine with Entrust RADIUS

For this you will need to setup Radius with EAP-TTLS, this what radius accepts MFA only instead of requesting the password as well. Please see our doc below:
