    @MAP.05794 (Customer)​  - There was a template similar to what you are describing years ago. However, I think it was removed due to its complexity.

     

    Jira has Event/Web hooks. So you technically should be able to leverage their technology to deliver a payload to a destination when a request is created (Such as Slack or Workflows). You may be able to create a Slack Bot to handle the Approval portion. Then if it is Approved Slack could communicate to a Workflow (API Connector / Slack Slash) that then could take an action.

     

    You could also take a look at Okta Identity Governance. It could handle a good portion of the ask in conjunction with Okta Workflows.
