Hi everyone,
Two days ago, we started getting this error when trying to import Active Directory users to OKTA.
I couldn´t find any useful information on this log error, it occours on full and incremental import, and doesn´t matter if was a manual or scheduled import either.
I don´t think that the problem is the number of users imported (we do not import groups), I´ve already pass the 5000 number on implementation 4 years ago.
The user import stop working, and I get this error everytime, can´t find any useful information on how to find these "custom objects", how to change it´s limits, or what are those...
This is the only log that I have saying anything about Custom Objects, the last successful import, 4995/5000, but I don´t know what are those...
Thanks in advance for anyone willing to help!

Hi @User17157611498146715886 (Customer Support Online Community and Social Care) , thank you for answering.
We can do that, but I´m still curious to know what are those "custom objects".
Currently our organization has 38,598 imported users, and I can´t find the connection to those 5000 custom objects.
If there is a limit now, I imagine that even paying to change this flag, Okta still have an upper limit to those objects, and not knowing what those are, I can´t "control" the growth of it.
I´ll contact our account executive to get this flag going, but If you can help me letting me know what those objects are, I´ll thank you.
Regards.
@User15766912782514014328 (Customer) The term "custom objects" could refer to any AD object that is in your environment, such as:
Unfortunately, I can't tell what the "custom objects" are in this particular instance. If you open a ticket and an engineer takes a look at your environment and configuration, they may be able to narrow it down.
Regards.
