ValT.08554 (Customer) asked a question.
I need the family_name and given_name tokens to be included in the root level of the id_token rather than nested. I have mapped everything correctly. The application in question is Gravitee and the first name and last name come through as Null Null even though i have these claims mapped and they show up in the nested structure of the account.
However in the claim
im only getting preferred_username..
what am i doing wrong? Here's a sample from postman.

Hi @ValT.08554 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
This question is more appropriate for our dedicated Okta Developer Forum.
My advice would be to reach out via devforum.okta.com to take advantage of their expertise.
While we'll do our best to answer all of your questions here, this medium is more inclined towards Okta core products and features (non-custom/developer work).
Regards.
