Hi,
We are currently using Okta Spring Boot SDK in a Spring Boot app containerized in Kubernetes. Recently we go through a production incident during which all the call made to the Okta api's returned the following error :
"errorCode":"E0000005","errorSummary":"Invalid session","errorLink":"E0000005".
The pod has been running for more than 200 days without any issues. It hasn't been restarted and the configuration remained unchanged.
Restarting the pod solved the issue but it occurs again 24 hrs later which forced us to restart the pod once again.
I found another question in this space related to the exactly same problem: https://support.okta.com/help/s/question/0D54z0000A4oGkzCQE/receiving-intermittent-invalid-session-response-from-okta?language=en_US
But the given answer doesn't seems to be relevant as we are not using any api key. The authentication mode used in this case is the oauth2 client credentials with PKCE.
It seems that we aren't the only one affected by this issue.
Does anyone encountered the same kind of issue ?
Any advices on how to solve it ?
Regards

Hello @WilliamS.73792 (Customer) , thank you for contacting Okta Community.
I've brought your question to our engineers' attention. What you describe sounds like a permission issue, but to accurately diagnose and solve the issue, one of our engineers would need to look at your org's configuration. For this reason, I recommend that you open a Support ticket (Customer Support Account ID number required) so one of our engineers can analyze it and provide in-depth troubleshooting. You could also provide more details in a ticket that shouldn’t be given here, as this is a public space.
Please note that opening a support ticket is a feature available only to paid accounts. If you do not have a paid account, but are interested in upgrading, you can contact our Sales team.
Regards.
