Windows 11 machines. Okta Verify installed. Username & Password. Okta Verify Push notification. All work fine. They do the push, and Okta occasionally comes back to some people with "Authentication Failed". They go through the login process again, and it unlocks the session just fine.
This might be a simple "They're typing their password wrong", but I can't for the life of me find the logs to prove that. We have some network oddities in our routing configuration, so I'm trying to make sure it's not that. Thanks!

If it fails the first time but works fine at the second login, I could indicate a bad password. You should be able to review this in the System log. However please also see our doc for troubleshooting RDP issues below:
