TOO MANY ISSUES !!!

Urgently need help! Everything is broken!

I am trying to integrate O365 to Okta and I keep getting this error with the option Let Okta configure WS-Federation automatically for me: Could not verify the Office 365 admin login and password; please confirm that these are set correctly!

If I try the "I want to configure WS-Federation myself using PowerShell", I keep getting an error 400 bad request with the PS command! Invalid value specified for property issueruri!

I had it successfully configured before, but I could not create any shared mailboxes in Office so I removed the Okta integration completely and it started working. I couldn't even make @company.onmicrosoft.com ending shared mailboxes!!

I tried to login to this support portal with my actual Okta account, but it said that email verification is required, but I never got any email!!

Why is nothing working!!

Hello @ka2t8 (ka2t8) Thank you for posting on our Community page!

When Federating O365, you need to use and Admin that is not part of the federated domain. In this case it would be a Global admin from the onmicrosoft.com domain. Please see our doc below:

    https://help.okta.com/en-us/content/topics/apps/office365-deployment/configure-sso.htm

As per the Support Portal, please also check your spam to make sure the email was not sent there.

Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
