Login to Okta does not show tabs
I have a user that after logging into Okta there is a blank window. User does not see the Employee Access option

Make sure that the user has the appropriate access to the right applications.
I would recommend to also check the logs and make sure there isn't something else that is blocking the access to the user.
Additionally you can always open a case with Support for additional troubleshooting steps and guidance.
