Access forbidden with 403 error when trying to access developer account using google sign in (developer.okta.com):
- I tried accessing from different IPs with on success
- I can't contact another admins since I'm the only admin
- It can't be password issue since I use google sign in
- tried over different days with no success
The sign in flow seems to work through google but then I'm redirected to admin url: https://dev-<xxxxxxxx>-admin.okta.com/ with the forbidden error.

My guess is that you had this dev-... tenant prior to the MFA enforcement for admin console and that is what is causing a policy to forbid you. If you feel this is the case, at the bottom of the follow post it mentions contacting support. Keep in mind however if you are using a free dev-... tenant and don't have a paid subscription you will not be able to open a support case and will need to just create a new dev-... tenant from scratch.
