Hi,
My developer account [redacted by moderator] is throwing the following error message "OKTA 403 - Access Forbidden. You do not have permission to access this page. "
I am the administrator and it was working fine till 1st week of December and I have been trying to log in to the portal since yesterday and this is what I am bumping into.
Any help in this direction is much appreciated. It is really important for me to get into the account as all my apps, my labs are all integrated with the same.

Hello @User17359646450079131014 (Customer) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
The error points towards an authentication policy which may or may not be misconfigured.
In alignment with the Okta Secure Identity Commitment, Okta is requiring customers to use multifactor authentication (MFA) to access their Okta Admin Console. MFA is an effective tool to protect against identity attacks.
We are in the process of rolling this out and you should expect that this will be completed in Q4.
The MFA will be required on all orgs and no admins will be exempt.
We recommend reviewing the Frequently Asked Questions article on this subject.
If you have a production account with us, please leverage it to open a case via the support.okta.com site or call the support line so our colleagues can investigate and confirm if the issue is related.
If for whatever reason those options are not available for you, please contact your Okta Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, and they will be able to engage the Support team on your behalf.
If no paid developer or production account is available, the only option left is to sign up for a new free trial or developer account.
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!

@Paul S. (Okta, Inc.) This does not solve the problem. In order for me to set up MFA, I need to log into the developer account, which is not happening as highlighted in the previous post.
There was no notification that account access will be revoked / blocked with no provision to recover. Just throwing an error "OKTA 403 - Access Forbidden. You do not have permission to access this page. " does not help.
Hello @User17359646450079131014 (Customer) An email with about this change has been sent to all admins that would be affected by this change. Unfortunately at this time there is not much we can do to recover the access.
Hi Paul,
I have the same problem as Supratik. Is there any way for me to regain access to my developer account? Or is it possible to have the account deleted so I can create a new one?
Hello @User17381665518065063936 (Customer) At this time there is nothing we can do. Please note that if you request to delete the existing org, you will not be able to create one with the same email, you will need to create a new org with a new email.

Hi Paul,
Okay, lucky it was just a test account for development. How do I request it to be removed?
Hello @User17381665518065063936 (Customer) You can request this by sending an email to community@okta.com with the account details.

I have the same issue and am unable to login to any of my accounts. I checked all my emails and never received any notification about MFA. How can this be resolved?
