Is there a way to extend the default timeout duration window for our users using Okta Verify app on their IPhones or Android phones? The default is only about 30sec & we want to extend that to at least 1 or 2 minutes. Is that possible? Thanks

Are you asking about the validity of the 6-digit codes generated by the Okta Verify app (Time-based One Time Password codes or TOTP)? If so, the codes are valid for about 90 seconds. There is a time window of validity both before and after, which would help reconcile minor device time mismatches.
Alternatively, you can look into setting up a custom TOTP factor. It could give you more control over the setup, including the time interval for synchronization comparisons. You can read more about it here:
