  • Hi @User173316864231961290 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

Access to support.okta.com and community.okta.com and experience.okta.com is granted automatically when you set up an account be that free developer/trial or paid production.

That being said, access to support.okta.com does not grant you the Support Entitlement. That would be part of the features granted via a paid account (Developer or WIC) and as Matt mentioned, the Support packages have various levels as well.

There is no standard price point per Okta tenant. The prices are variable in accordance to MAU(monthly active users) and the specific Features/Entitlements enabled for the tenant, which are fairly granular. That is why you would need to discuss this with our colleagues from the Okta Sales Team to get an offer for the options that fit your needs explicitly.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!

  • Thank you for your response. However, the addresses you have forwarded do not show pricing about the pages I have forwarded.

  • Thank you very much for your response. However, I was able to log in with a Google account without belonging to any corporate company and I was able to access my.okta.com with this Google account and I am using a non-corporate user. I do not have any Workforce Identity Cloud or Customer Identity Cloud subscription. However, I was able to create an account at developer.okta.com.

So I don't know if support.okta.com is paid or not. Workforce Identity Cloud asked for this account address when logging in, but I was able to log in with my.okta.com account.
