Hello!
I was working with API and occurred a strange behavior and wonder whether the problem lays on my side or not.
When making an API call on API/v1/mappings endpoint I always receive a 401 with an info that I "do not have permission to access the feature you are requesting" even though I made sure multiple times that I have proper scopes both in postman and in the app that I use for Oauth2.0. I actually even added all scopes that were possible to add just to make sure that I am not missing anything here. Still, the problem appears, and only on this endpoint. I did not have such a problem for any other endpoint.
I found a similar topic here: https://support.okta.com/help/s/question/0D51Y00007UnSpDSAV/bug-super-admin-ssws-token-getting-401-for-apiv1mappings-api-endpoint?language=en_US. And it seems like it is the same problem since I am also using Developer Org/Account. Can I enable this option somehow to access the endpoint? If so, how? As suggested - write a Support Ticket? Unfortunately for some reason I cannot access it (I retrieve "You Do Not Have Access to Create a Case"). Is this option also not available on Dev Account?
Thank you in advance!

Since you tried with all scopes and based on the other topic post you provided, it sounds like you just want to know how to get in touch with Okta Support to see if they can enable some feature flags because you cannot because you only have a Dev Account. If that is the case, I found the following comment in other recent community post that I think might be the route to go for you to get a case opened.
"Please email us at community@okta.com with your account details and we'll forward your request to the appropriate team." https://support.okta.com/help/s/question/0D54z0000AIICUsCQP/delete-okta-account?language=en_US
