Hello @ShoichiroK.00155 (LAC Co., Ltd) Thank you for posting on our Community page!

The changes to the list are unpredictable, as these IP changes are coming from AWS and not Okta.

    As per our doc:

"Okta does not maintain a static list of individual IP addresses to allow for inbound traffic. Instead, the list is periodically updated due to the provisioning of additional servers"

    https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/list-of-ip-addresses-that-should-be-allowlisted-for-inbound-traffic?language=en_US

Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!

@ShoichiroK.00155 (LAC Co., Ltd)  -- It is infrequent and I don't recall it ever "removing" IP's only adding them typically with new offerings. And if my memory serves Okta notifies well in advance if they are making significant changes.
