Cannot login to developer admin user

After login with admin user the following message appears:

 

Sign In Denied

You do not have permission to access your account at this time. If you're wondering why this is happening, please contact your administrator.

 

Researching into this here, we see that Okta has added MFA for admin users but unfortunaely, we did not receive notification prior to regular login being disabled. How can we move forward? Do we need to upgrade to a paid account inorder to get this handled ? Can we copy settings from current account to a new one ?

    If you have a paid production account with us, please leverage it to open a case via the support.okta.com site or call the support line. If those options are not available for you despite having a paid account, please contact your Okta Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, and they will be able to engage the Support team on your behalf. 

     

    Unfortunately, if no paid developer or production account is available, the only option left is to sign up for a new free trial or developer account.

     

    Alternatively, if you do not have a paid account but are interested in getting one, you can contact our Sales team. There is a chance for a paid account to be used to request assistance for a connected free account, but the Sales team would have more details on that.
