For external audit purposes, I need to know the shared responsibility model provided by okta. Please help me to obtain this information.

The Social and Environmental Responsibility at Okta page gets updated periodically, and you can find links to specific topics, like Privacy and Security, Ethical Business Practices, Energy and Climate, and much more. If you scroll down, you will see a few featured reports, as well as a direct download link for the ESG fact sheet.
It could be a good starting point in your search. However, you should talk to your Account Executive if you can't find what you need. If you have a paid account, your Okta Account Executive can help you with preparing the documentation for the audit.
