Hello All,
We are currently setting up a campaign for the Okta Admin Console and are encountering a challenge with the Group Membership admin reviews. Our helpdesk team manages over 200 groups, resulting in approximately 5,800 recertification reviews being triggered.
Would it be possible to list the Group membership admin role for review, rather than including each individual group? Alternatively, could we have a view that shows all groups associated with a user when we pull up their information as part of the Group membership admin role review?
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @GiridharanD.41770 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
I'm not sure I completely understand your use case, but have you looked into the use of Admin Roles Campaigns to see if this fits your requirement?
If it doesn't, please let me know and I might be able to engage additional resources to confirm if what you are looking for is supported.
If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.
Hope my answer helps!

Hi Mihai, Thanks for your response, I want to include the list of users tagged as Group Membership Admin, but I dont want to include all the groups mapped to that user, the recertification should only display the approver that user is group membership admin.
@GiridharanD.41770 (Customer) When doing a review of groups you should always start with a Resource Based campaign. Some customers try to accomplish this with User based campaigns but that's isn't what they were designed for. When you say "Group Membership Admin" that is referring to administrators in downstream applications or are you referring to Group Admins within Okta?
Hi @ChristianM.78881 (Okta) , Am scheduling a OKTA Administrator Campaign, in the Campaign we have Group Administrator Admin role, if Group membership Administrator role is included in the OKTA Administrator Campaign, Its including all the groups mapped to Group membership Administrator role e.g. Help desk user A and Help Desk user B can manage 300 OKTA Group total of 600 entries are shown in the Pending Reviews.
