When trying to login to the admin back office we get
Your company requires multifactor authentication to add an additional layer of security when signing in to your XYZ account
We're based outside of US/Canada and don't have phone numbers like this
What do we do?

Ideally, you should be able to set up another factor that doesn't require a US/Canada phone number (such as Okta Verify with push notifications).
If no other option is available, you may need to raise a ticket with Support. If you have a paid account, you can do so here. Please contact your Account Executive if you encounter trouble opening a ticket despite having a paid account and the right admin permissions.
