System Logs for Okta Personal Use

We want to disable Okta Personal. Before we do that, I want to know who, if any, is using it.

How do I find it's usage in System Logs

    "as an admin, you do not have any visibility into the employee / end user accounts and data associated with these accounts."

      That's an awful experience for admins. It's tied to their work account which we manage. Even if we don't know what they doing with it, we (admins) should still be able to tell if they use it so we can know adoption rates.

       

      More importantly, this directly contradicts the support article

      "The System Log records an event whenever users move apps from their Workforce account, so you can be sure that only personal apps are migrated."
