Hello! We've been seeing an issue for about two weeks where on Android devices users are unable to sign into Microsoft mobile applications (outlook, teams, word, excel, and the Microsoft 365 apps all have the same issue). Users are brought to a sign in screen showing an error stating No Network Connection, error 2604, error tag 5pa42. Microsoft support and outlook mobile support have said good luck as they don't do RCA.
We confirmed the android device type/OS version/carrier/network connection all don't impact this. It affects every domain in our tenant. If users go to a web browser, then they log in just fine, they can even use other apps like Gmail to log into their work email. And this only affects users who recently had all sessions cleared in office/okta or had a credential change.
I am betting we will find a fix right after this is posted, more looking to create a public journal in case others run into this rather than to ask the community to find a fix.

This seems like a more complex problem. Since this forum isn't intended for in-depth troubleshooting, I would suggest opening a support case. If you have a paid account, you can leverage it and open a case here. On a case, you can include more data that shouldn't be posted here, such as system logs.
This feature is only available for paid accounts.
