In classic I can apply different sign-on rules to different groups/users/networks for the same application. How do I accomplish the same thing in OIE?

Found my own answer. The rules have been moved to the Authentication Policy section. The upgrade to my preview environment created two authentication policies for one of my apps and that threw me.
