I am still getting SSO sign in after deactivating app

Although the Remote Pc app was deactivated in OKTA, when I go to the remote pc site to login normally, it's still asking me to login using SSO. How do I stop this from happening?

    The Setup needs to be disabled on the SP as well, it's not enough to just disable the application on Okta side, the SSO will still point to Okta as long as the configuration is still active there.
