I can't get access to open a case on the help center even after creating a case admin role based on the documentation here:
I have a super admin role too and it still doesn't help that much. We need to open a case to get our sandbox preview portal fixed.

If you are a SuperAdmin on Okta and have the additional role to be able to open a case, is there any other admin within your organisation that can open a ticket with Support on your behalf?
