Okta Verify will not launch on our windows clients.
I've tested on multiple clients and we have the same results
ODA MFA works on the Login screen but application will not launch in windows.
I've checked so that
- The app runs as 64bit.
- App runs in activity monitor but fails to show gui (see crash report).
- There are no errors for wmic commands.
- Log level wet to debug.
- new computer, fresh install of windows, still fails.
- Reinstall of app and OS.
- Installing app manually via Terminal command (powershell) to exclude our deployment package.
- Followed: https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/okta-verify-not-working-for-user-unable-to-launch-okta-verify?language=en_US but no success. (on latest update already, WMI had no errors, and no "Error Starting Registry Watcher" error.

The Okta Community Questions forum isn't really meant for in-depth troubleshooting.
I have done some research on this matter but I was unable to find any additional documentation on this issue.
I would recommend to open a case with our Technical Support Engineers. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.
