Hello Support,
I have certain users who are not receiving their Okta activation emails.
Even after deleting and recreating the user, still no emails.
Do you know what can cause this issue ?
Should I give the impacted email addresses?
Is there any way to know if all users have received their activation emails?

The email address might be blocked on the Okta side, please see the article below to remove the email from the block list though API:
